Thank you for this nice surprise in this place. The entire complex is well thought out, well used and provides "entertainment" for every target group. We were lucky enough to get a guided tour of the site, the climbing tower, the diving tower and the storage facility right after our arrival. From historical key data on the building, the original use, the courage of the operators to tackle this mammoth project to the Wall of Fame told with a certain wit. Great tour Ben thank you! The employees in all areas are attentive and super friendly! We exhausted ourselves in the climbing tower with a zipline over the outside area. Unfortunately we could not use the spa due to lack of time, and there was also no time for diving and underwater basketball. You are great and what everyone contributes to the team is great! We definitely recommend you! Greetings from Berlin! Small note at this point: * Prohibited parking on the installation site! This is at the expense of the atmosphere and the great panorama! There are more areas available! * In terms of marketing, move in the direction of Instagram / Facebook / Twitter and thereby also address the younger group. The possibility of diving, climbing, spa, stand up paddle is great!

Absolutely uncooperative. As non-hotel guests guests of 2nd class. After we had the menu and wanted to order we were told there was food only for hotel guests. Unfortunately we already had drinks. With 2 children and then absolutely not ready to compromise. It's a shame we'll eat elsewhere in the future. Rarely been treated so rude

Shortly before from: the location is really something very special and worth a visit. The hotel is very nicely located on the Elbe and the architecture is really exceptional. What leads to three stars for me is the following: What is the absolute showstopper for me is that you have to wear gloves at breakfast to take the stuff. So now it's slowly getting better with the corona panic. In addition, breakfast is only served from 7:00 a.m. which is simply too late. And you don't get the room bright. The lamps are so dark that you can hardly see your stuff. All in all, not adequate for the price. Sauna costs extra, which I don't think is okay either. Most of the time you only go in for one to two hours in the evening

Super great service, regional and seasonal food and always fresh with a super friendly and courteous service. The rooms are super elegant and optically very attractive. The loving charm of the house can be found in many facets. The house tour by the owner was super interesting and presented with passion. You can tell that the passion runs in the family here. A unique experience to repeat. We will definitely be back.

Very nice hotel, had booked a short break with a day extension. The breakfast was great, room was all good and the sauna was great. The dinner was delicious and the tour by the host was very nice. Due to many small mistakes by the staff, from the restaurant to booking the room (rooms were locked because the reception had not booked the extra night) These impressions would only be worth three stars, but the whole ambience speaks for four. Another shame!

Everything was fine and the spa area was really great. Points are deducted for the really underground restaurant. The food was sometimes cold and didn't taste good at all, the beer was warm and stale, we waited an hour for the dessert, unfortunately it was inedible, the service staff was friendly, but completely incompetent!

...... that was just great! We did not expect such a surprise in terms of competence, friendliness and professionalism. Despite a small mishap, you reacted confidently, calmly and prudently. Such attention to detail was excellent. One can only recommend the spa area. For us absolutely full marks! Keep up the good work, you're doing everything right! Lovely

Well marketed - but unfortunately did not live up to my expectations. From my point of view, managed and furnished without any attention to detail and without any feeling for atmosphere. The breakfast room alone has the charm of a rehab facility. Service in the restaurant and beach bar unsatisfactory. Food from the restaurant was simple but good craftsmanship.

Worth seeing and definitely recommended for a short weekend break.

We have been here for a week and are thrilled. All employees are friendly, rooms are well-kept. The breakfast menu is very balanced. Especially the ladies at the reception are super friendly. A highlight is the guided tour by Mr. Lange, who answers many questions during the free tour every evening from 8:30 p.m. Thanks for the great time. 🙏🏻

Just a shame. Very, very long waiting times for food and drinks. The menu of the day was goulash with red cabbage. It could not be called goulash but rather as leftover sauce from the pot. The portions were also very small. The only response to criticism was: "OK, I'll pass it on". No concession or the like. Not recommendable in my opinion.

Very nice facility with friendly staff in all areas. Nice reception in the reception with a glass of sparkling wine. The food and the sauna area are also recommended. Also ideal for cyclists. I would love to come back 😊

The whole area is really worth seeing, with a lot of information about the creation, here you can see successful German / Jewish business history that has brought Wittenberge work and prosperity. I can't say anything about the hotel, we only ate here. The food is unfortunately the reason why I only gave 4 stars. It's okay, but nothing more. You should give the cook a spice cabinet, here a little caraway on the beer herb, there is pepper, salt, thyme on the meat and it doesn't taste so boring.

Very busy restaurant in a fairly boring town. Its the only place open on Monday's so reserve!

Ordered the bier tasting, was one of the worst bier I have had in my life...for ever, they tasted like a brewers experiment gone terribly wrong. The food was not great but the portions were big and the ingredients fresh.

Marvellous landmark

For our wedding we had a variety of locations to choose from but when we first discovered The Alte Ölmühle, the decision was easy. The people were unbelievable, the location breathtaking and the food amazing. Thank you for having us and till we meet again. Looking forward to seeing g the sauna and spa area when it's all done

Hot and noisy In our booking we had asked for a quiet room. However, a wedding was celebrated. They had a loudspeaker playing German Europop placed in a window filling the space around the hotel with loud music. We were not given any information on this when we checked in. We phoned the reception and were told that this would stop at 2200. But before that new loudspeakers were raised just under our window (which had to be open due to very hot weather). That was part of a farewell ceremony for the couple and included a professional and very noisy firework. We were never given any information on that part either. It ended around 2300.
